@AmazonHelp I have already done that before posting here. I cleared cache as well as the storage and then signed in again. Same issue, finally I tried to login to the browser as well. Didn't work there either.

How shameful it is for an employee of the bank intended for customers to talk to a customer in such a way. You should really work on communication more so that people would wanna visit. It was a really bad experience being threatened by an employee of the bank.
