I personally use Telegram for all my day-to-day work and personal contacts. I am already a member of multiple groups, and there has been no impact from banning Telegram; all groups are still working and updating information. It seems the majority of Telegram users have cracked the system and learned about VPNs and proxies. The government thinks people are helpless, but in reality, people nowadays are more tech-savvy and expert, easily bypassing these low-quality bans.
