A lot of you found my Resume + Data Viz post helpful, so I've invested in making a video about it too. I hope this helps you or someone you know get that awesome next job! https://t.co/4coBxfo5o4
I asked r/tall for cars that can fit me ( I’m 2m/6’8” tall). See how I turned their responses into a useful dashboard and learned about “small talls”

@VizWizBI@tableau Congrats! I remember thinking "I'll give it a try..." about 10+ years ago. Totally changed my life & career as well (for the better!)
@fredffery@tableau Is this to demonstrate preattentive attributes? If interested, I made a short video introducing people to the topic, that uses colour in a table as the first example https://t.co/wNx9KOlGL9
Remembering that you ate 190 different combinations of food for a data viz... What's the weirdest data collection you've done for a viz?

@craigbloodworth@WhiteHouse It took me a few looks to see the issue here; that sneaky extra 0.5 increment line at the top of the Y axis. A very odd choice indeed
In 2021 I became a dad, but also lost my own. Life is full of ups and downs, so take happiness from the things you already have in life.
Wishing everyone a relatively good 2022!
@zizzy_data I know that feeling; it quickly turns into project management and expectation setting, so the goalposts don't move every 5 minutes for the dashboards you are building :)
Not sure what I'm more happy about:
a) I managed to install this without damaging the ceiling or myself
b) At 6'8"/2.0m tall, I finally have a green screen that fits me whilst standing!
