@Isle_Of_Manx “Of course…I guess you’re right.” He sat in thought for a while before looking up at Gillian again. He noticed her attention was on the suit of armour.
“Gillian..?”
He ran a hand through his hair. He had packed and unpacked and packed just stuff several times. He didn’t want to leave. But he couldn’t stay…he had no place here..
He appeared on @Isle_Of_Manx for the time being. Maybe clear his mind
@Isle_Of_Manx “I can’t let this derail me forever. It’s not who I am. You made me a stronger person than that. And I’ve never forgotten any of it.”
He smiled and placed a hand over hers. He couldn’t ask for a better best friend.
@Isle_Of_Manx “I’ve already come to terms with that. Maybe one day I’ll find someone better. Or maybe not. Either way, I need to get myself sorted out..”
@Isle_Of_Manx “It could have worked in this life. He’d do anything for her. I didn’t get the chance to marry her for no reason. She has just as much control of him as he has of her. And if she really wanted to, she change him, make him a better person. But she won’t…”
@Isle_Of_Manx The albino vampire sighed. It was going to be a long and exhausting process. But he had to start somewhere, and yet he had. He had finally made a first step in leaving.
“As much as I would love to save it, I don’t think it can be.”
@Isle_Of_Manx “I’m just…overthinking it I guess. I shouldn’t think that of them…” he sat up and ran his hands through his hair.
“I swear I overthink everything. I just want to go back to the old me…he didn’t feel like this.”
@Isle_Of_Manx “I don’t want to be here. But I can’t be there. I don’t know what else to do…”
Gilbert willed himself not to be emotional. He tried not to sound hopeless. He didn’t want to feel this level of unawesome…but it was hard
@Isle_Of_Manx — They hardly leave the west wing. I’m left alone amongst the servants, who don’t even like me bc /he/ doesn’t like me. I can’t stand being there anymore.”
@Isle_Of_Manx Gil sighed and let himself fall back into the soft bed. Sour didn’t even put the cherry on top.
“I don’t even know what to call it. Last time I spoke to her, we had a disagreement about…him. She wouldn’t listen to anything I said, and walked off. —
@Isle_Of_Manx “Your company is appreciated, so you being awake so late won’t be in vain.”
A small smile appeared on his face. It was hard not in the presence of his closest friend.
“I must have been really tired…but then again, I haven’t slept much.”
@Isle_Of_Manx “Days? No wonder I woke up so thirsty…I’m thankful for the blood bottles.” Gillian was a master of her craft and since his clothes were now clean, he went to his room and sat them on the bed.
@Isle_Of_Manx Gil had allowed him himself ten to twenty minutes in the shower before getting out. He dried himself and got dressed. He packed all of his old clothes back to the room but stopped upon seeing Gillian. He thought sure she’d be asleep
@Isle_Of_Manx It felt nice just to stand and let the water run over him. It gave him a temporary sensation of warmth. He tried to just focus on the shower alone and not get lost in thought. He didn’t want to tie up the bathroom all night, plus he didn’t want to wake up anyone
@Isle_Of_Manx —He checked the dressers and sure enough, there they were. He picked out something to wear and left to get a shower in. He could still smell the scent of Sir Arthur’s home in his clothes and maybe just a hint of Lady Gillian’s scent. A /hint/.
@Isle_Of_Manx He could taste just how fresh they were. Despite the different types of blood, he enjoyed them all the same. He figured he hadn’t been turned long enough to settle for a specific type.
The Prussian discarded the empty bottles and sought out his clothes—
@Isle_Of_Manx — He slowly crawled out of bed to investigate it. It was full of blood bottles. How thoughtful. He instantly grabbed a few bottles and began to drink them.
@Isle_Of_Manx The only thing that stirred the Prussian was hunger. He had not bothered to move for days and his body was demanding it. He opened an eye to look around the room. He realized his suitcase had been put away and he noticed the fridge that certainly wasn’t there when he arrived.—
