@LoochyTV PvE brings players in that would not otherwise give the game a chance. They start leveling up, discover that the game is fun, then try their hand at PvP modes. They’ll most likely be matched against other newer players. This increases the game population. It’s a win.
@nukeahlik@aiiygatorz Finding the key and beating the whole thing is not 99% unless you got speed demons split up doing caches, checking 3&5 UESC boxes, and 1 guy immediately unlocking complex and waiting for someone to *maybe* find the key
Then you got extremely lucky. I’ve run it like 40+ times now and have only beat it fully maybe 5-6 times. If it’s the FAR exfil at or past algae then some people don’t make it even with the 2 minutes. I do cause I have full Dex and End upgrades but runners without it better have cardio kicks
I took advantage and got maybe 5 gold items total. Only people with “stacked” gold loot in their vaults were playing with a full sweat team grinding all day AND you still had to have RNG on your side for the key. 50% of matches you’d never find the key even after doing all cache locations. Those 5 streamers you see with stacked gold loot are the exception.
Only way you’re getting that loot in the PvP lite mode is with a team of 3 that know what they’re doing and aren’t booty at the game. 2 elite players can possibly pull it off but FIRST you gotta find a key which sometimes you’ll never find or it’ll eat up time trying to find it. It’s not a guaranteed gold loot everytime you spawn in, especially with randoms.
@Ziegler_Dev Hey @Ziegler_Dev@MarathonDevTeam can you guys add some cool achievements/unlocks for killing Runners each season? Like kill 50 get a sticker
100 get a background
250 get a weapon skin
500 get a Title
1000 get a Gold Skin
I need Halo Reach levels of grinding 😈
Actually it’s a great idea. It allows players (casual and vets) to learn the new map events, puzzles, and more practice with new weapons (if you find them). They should do this with every new map. It’s not supposed to replace the core game (PvP) but allow players a more chill session while still being rewarded.
@mcneemem@itsjustaride12 Top 1% PvPers were gonna have full vaults regardless of what modes are added. This just evened the playing field for casuals to fight them with purple and gold gear instead of blue sponsored kits lol
Getting loot is a problem now… Bungie opened F2P so of course they want people enjoying good loot without getting destroyed by seasoned players. Bungie is smart. Not hard to understand why they did it. And no it doesn’t break the economy because all these PvE lite players are gonna donate it to me once they go into PvP lol
@MidaSponsordKit Community gets only greens and maybe some blues: “Wheres the loot Bungie!?😡”
Community gets blues and purples: “WTF Bungie you broke the loot economy!😡”
