@saoghal_beag @maccas I paid twice at a petrol station recently. They were much nicer about it at the time but went back to store and they just said "we can't help". Took multiple phone calls with bank and the owning company but did get a refund. Good luck.

@ALIANational I went to NLS 8 when I was a very new librarian (although not that young) and was working with mainly people older than me. It was great to around so many enthusistic young people.

@roaminglibrary When I was first studying I was on youth allowance and I could pay rent and feed myself (and not much extra). I was going to say I feel lucky/grateful but that isn't right. We are a very rich country and should support people that want to get degrees.
