Apartently there had been a computer glitch which is why the replacement wasn't sent out immediately. Had to be authorised, still not arrived

Unrivaled customer service?? I am not experiencing that at all!! 20 days so far I have been without my vacuum and @SharkCleanUK has blamed computer issues, eachother and the delivery service that they use ........ I am on the phone again, let's see whos fault it is now....!
