@DarraghJones I suppose my point is that there is probably 15 worse decisions made by the officials today that deserve more scrutiny. I can't recall a more inept performance than that tbh. Ref was visibly out of his depth from minute 1, where Archer was completely entitled to play the ball

I'm open to correction but my understanding is that if you are offside and retreat back onside before playing the ball in an instance like this it's play on.

@DarraghJones Munster fan here. Initially I thought he was offside but I think that because the player retreated back onside before playing the ball, he was legal. Nonetheless, the referee and TMO's performance today was simply unacceptable. Munster won against 16 men today.
