Been using Orca to run multiple AI coding agents at once. Here's what it's actually for, in plain terms.
The problem: agents are fast, but one at a time means you're stuck waiting. Put several in the same folder and they overwrite each other's work.
The fix: Orca gives every task its own copy of the project on its own branch. Agents work in parallel without colliding, and you review and merge only what's good.
Best for: separate tasks running at the same time, giving one task to two agents and keeping the better result, or starting long jobs and walking away.
The mindset: you're the manager now, not the coder. Split the work, brief each agent clearly, review what comes back. And never run more agents than you can actually check.
