My 60 year old married boyfriend suddenly started complaining of severe abdominal pain, vomiting, a swollen abdomen, and constipation last weekend while we were having a great time together. 😳

He went for an abdominal X-ray, and this was the result. His wife was with him at the hospital, so he said the doctor couldn’t really explain everything in detail. Now he has sent the report to me and asked me to help find out what it means before his next appointment.
