@GeordieApe If only the successive governments and civil servants charged with enacting Brexit had done their jobs and not done everything within their power to make it fail then maybe we wouldn't be where we are.
@HshsDusjs@VTRPsyko@DJEMEDIA_ The offence there is obstruction police. The necessity under code G for arrest is to prevent its continuance. The lack of knowledge or will to do it by the officers is ridiculous. Serious incident and 4 of them tied up with this failure to pull out
@DJEMEDIA_ In my time in the job she would have been locked up for obstruction police. Fannying about and trying to reason with her is taking up 4-5 officers.
@KeighleySy94345@LizKershawDJ Pkus officers do 'just' turn up at the door. The Duty Insp is to busy to monitor every job the shift go to. You act on your own recognisance most if the time and use judgement and your powers. You then have to justify your actions.
@KeighleySy94345@LizKershawDJ If they arrested him, which they did then they have a power to enter to arrest for an Indictable offence. They can then search the person and premises where they were arrested for items linked to that offence. No written or verbal authorisation needed. No consent needed.
@KeighleySy94345@LizKershawDJ 18(5) and 32 do not require authority before being undertaken but the person subject to the search needs to be made aware of the search
@SalfordMe2023 If i tipped your bin onto your carpet you would clean it up. It would take you some time but you would do it. If I emptied the whole streets bins onto your carpet and kept doing it week after week would never you would never clean the shit up.
@Achandan90@Reece_Reeceyy@kevo81393734 I said that a while ago. It has the same touched by your dad vibes that Villawatch had. Either way the guys a proper cunt.
