@WestMidRailway New stations, but staff shortages led to the 16.26 being cancelled again yesterday, delaying me from getting to parents evening, can we invest in more staff please or a contingency plan as these new stations have already added 10-15 minutes to my commute from Bilbrook

#Feelingnostalgic My last @WestMidRailway journey to Birmingham from Bilbrook that's 30 mins on the 6.23 this morning; from next week the earliest train is 6.52, 41 mins and the 7.47 takes 50 mins.. Does the planner live in Shifnal? Further out but quicker! @mikejwood help?
