@AmazonHelp My dtr had a parcel from a company vi Amazon Shipping. I was sitting no more than 10ft from my front door - i fid not hear knock nor was my video doorbell activated and then she gets a message telling her it’s sitting on the doorstep. This not the first time.

@AmazonUK your drivers have no common sense and are unable to use a doorbell or knock on your door - they just leave packages on the doorstep and head off to their next delivery.

Absolutely shocking - either you need to change your delivery procedures or pay them more!

Just had a delivery from @YodelSupportUK - the update says it was delivered to a safe place , my porch - I don’t have a porch,I do, however, have a working video door bell, and have been in all morning - but the driver didn’t even bother to ring it! Shockingly unprofessional
