@RedRebeccax Sounds interesting, the grits. I make my 5 Cheese grits with either Better Than Bouillon Chicken flavor or stock if I have it. I use sharp cheddar, cream cheese, a bit of Parmesan shredded, mozzarella and Monterey jack. I leave it to each person whether to heat it with Scovilles.
