The snubs follow a Leon County jury verdict in July finding Basabe liable for sexually harassing, battering and defaming two former House employees and ordering him to pay $450K in damages.

Basabe, who represented himself in the trial -- technically; his campaign account kept paying his former lawyer, who continued to appear in the courtroom, through the last day of the trial -- denies wrongdoing and is appealing. Two other men have also accused him of sexual impropriety, with one alleging Basabe drugged and raped him in 2003.
