Designing, developing & doing things with mobile since ‘93. ⌚️HeartWatch, AutoSleep, Eclipse Yourself. Terrible at admin. Opinions represent one of my selves.
@WindyBeaver If he had Australian master foods hot English mustard he would have needed the paramedics. Coleman’s is nice flavoursome mustard, not very hot but delicious.
@hotiiofficial V bar. You can handle more weight more safely with stricter form and no elbow problems. Don’t forget triceps overhead extension as well for long head. Also best with V bar.
@Mangan150@grok They are pretty smart. I get 8-10 in Chat GPT, 8-10 in Claude and 10-12 in Grok. Bioimpedance scales say 8.5 - 9.5 depending on the day. So I guess this is the usual choose one and stick to it advice while making sure photos are taken in same lighting same time etc.
@jgault13 A new super fast surface, better weather than usual & the way the wind can swirl at Homebush explains it well. You can get a super bend tailwind there at times. This of course not measured in the 200. A bit of luck involved but that can only be exploited with talent & preparation
@greynguyen@WHOOP You should be happy. Great publicity for you and the lawsuit won’t go anywhere. I’d never heard of your app before. Both whoop and Oura have copied things from me & I don’t care. I find any device without a screen near useless. That band is almost comical.
@hjluks You have a fundamental misunderstanding of weight training. The heart is not at peak for the whole workout. You do not go full effort on every set.
@KylefromKyle@1ssve You have to put up with their poor software and limited functionality though. Decent for runners but not great for anyone else. At least the Garmin has a screen though. Other devices don’t even have that.
@blakemurphy42@1ssve No. You can charge quickly in the evening or when getting ready in the morning. But two watches make for a relatively affordable option for 24 hour health tracking. Every device needs to be charged at some point.
@GeologistVaughn@hubermanlab Wearables (rings, bands, watches) can’t accurately track REM and deep sleep. Just focus on the metrics that they can track very well such as heart rate, HRV, respiration rate, SpO2, sleep time, bed time, wake time and sleep efficiency. The rest will take care of itself.
@F1Media Terrible news. Not only is the app barely usable to the point that it makes you swear but it is also very expensive. I was really hoping we would get the Apple coverage. What a shame.
@siimland Yes. Also do not eat or drink (aside water) at least 2 1/2 hours before retiring. Look what happened to my overall balance once I recently started this.
