How are we supposed to track an OTP that went to our lost EMAIL ID which we trying to recover and it's been months since I trying to contact @gmail @Google @GoogleIndia and they did nothing but sending me the same recovery link and I'm telling them the same bug again and again

Because I want my EMAIL id back and I had to change my password frequently because I was getting notifications like "secure your password" again and again so I've changed it and I don't remember now.
