@o2 @Ofcom VERY DISAPPOINTING CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM O2:- After 2 weeks of a vulnerable person having no phone connectivity and absolutely no help from o2 we went into Apple Store and they resolved the issue in 20mins - apparently o2 had attached an unsolicited eSIM to her phone!

APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE @o2 Following a SIM SWAP FRAUD their investigation team seems unable to take timely positive steps to resolve this and is leaving my wife vulnerable as she had now has no cellular phone connectivity - TERRIBLE!

SIM SWAP FRAUD - APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE BY O2 @O2 - my wife was a victim of Sim Swap Fraud this weekend - she is a vulnerable female now without phone connectivity - O2 Customer Services have been unable to re-issue a replacement SIM and don’t seem to know what to do - POOR!

Having a very disappointing experience @AerLingus - booked to go to Belfast from Newcastle in the summer for a business meeting - they’ve now cancelled that flight and reallocated me to go to Dublin instead with inappropriate times - won’t refund the cost of the flights…poor!!

@insurancebysaga Disgraceful Service - they took an unauthorised bank payment for home & contents insurance which has risen 300% in a year - they were contacted a week ago and agreed to refund - I AM STILL WAITING FOR ITS RETURN - I AM NOW INCURRING BANK WHICH I WILL SUE FOR!
