I am grateful for the journey, the discipline, and the grace that carried me.
The work continues. ✨
Dr. David Edeh (PharmD)
(Man of Excellence)
On Thursday, 26th February, I was inducted into the pharmacy profession.
I graduated as:
- The 2nd Best Graduating Student (BGS) (cGPA 4.94/5.00)
- BGS in 4/7 depts
- Recipient of 14 Awards
- Award of Honour by CPAN
Here is the story most people outside UNN don't know 👇🏽
David is a balanced person. He was involved in several extracurricular activities. From health outreaches to politics, church, academic tutorials and lots more.
Man of Excellence for a reason✨
His accolades span from Dr. Eric Chinaeke and Prof. U. E. Odo prizes to memorial awards and the NAPA Outstanding Pharmacy Student title, marking him as a standout “man of excellence.”
David didn’t just finish as 2nd BGS,
He topped four of seven departments and snagged over 14 awards, including the PAXS Pharmacy Academic Excellence Award, best‑in‑class prizes for Clinical Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical & Medicinal Chemistry, Pharmacology ,and other UNNPAA honors

Today, University of Nigeria graduated their pioneer Doctor of Pharmacy set.
The first of its kind.🥺 🥺
And my friend emerged as the 2nd Overall Best Graduating Student in the Faculty of Pharmacy.
What a moment.
Congratulations to them 🥺🥰
I worked with this guy when he was the PANSIEC chairman (an adhvoc committee for PANS-UNN election) and I say, aside from Academics he's someone that has good discipline and is full of integrity.
If you attend his tutorial class you'd know he's better than some lecturers by far!
wtf… did he actually pull this and still came second ? CGPA of 4.94 out of 5.0 in a Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences in Nsukka? This is insane crazy work
