@NastyBunchPod @dalton_trigg This is the proper way to hit all the time. This makes u a professional hitter and prevents slumps. Remember the hitter is in charge because he decides what to swing at or take. You are not battling the pitcher, it is the batter vs the pitch!

@NastyBunchPod @dalton_trigg This how you get out of a slump. In batting practice you try to hit the ball hard the other way, example a right handed batter hits straight through the ball about 5 balls depth and try to knock the 2nd baseman down, lefties likewise the same to the short stop.

Check pitchers release point w different pitche, form a rectangle mentaly and see the ball coming out of there and u will pick up pitch early and see the spin

@NastyBunchPod @dalton_trigg Every pitch is a new at bat w same approach. On curve balls don’t go get it let it come to you an attack it when it lights up. Higher released curve ball have a chance to drop down for strikes, wait on it. Lower ones break into low balls. Lay off.

This works every time, U then begin pulling the ball the right way without hitting hard fouls cus u don’t open up shoulder and roll over. This has to be your approach in batting practice & game every pitch

@NastyBunchPod @dalton_trigg This fixes your swing, direct to the ball, not around the ball, keeps you from opening up and not rolling over weak grounders and pop ups. Take 1st pitch early to help timing. Do not swing at any pitch that fools u. Take curve ball unless it hangs. Many pros do this.

Remember when Al Gore etc… projected terminal rising sea levels and how we were all gonna die well that hasn’t aged well!
