@OnTrac_Shipping I would like to know the status of my package. It was supposed to be delivered on 06/10/2025. there has been no update or information provided since 06/10.
It seems the level of service reflects the shipping rate paid, lower rates often result in poor service.

@GapInc@OldNavy@HaioBarbeito what a shame that a company cannot resolve an issue and when trying to escalate to the corporate office is brushed off. Every call I have done I requested the survey to provide feedback. Not even 1 survey call was received.

@TMobile@MikeSievert Been a loyal customer with T-mobile for over 10 years and come to find out today that error made my T-mobile the client is fully responsible for them. Customer service representative are the worst one representative will tell you one thing and the other
