@AberdeenWomen There isn’t many players in this area for that level. Will be very hard recruiting and there isn’t a good enough pipeline coming through. If there isn’t investment it will be a very long season.
@ImCollegeSoccer For my observation there is a huge lack of understanding regarding levels of players. In the men’s game it’s relatively straight forward but the women’s game is different. My tip to college coaches is try and get real data on the players. Highlight reels are subjective.
@Jailender@DensParkChoir He’s just a coach educator the two boys leading it Ritchie Wilson and Dougie Anderson wouldn’t get a game 5 aside. It’s shambolic and corrupt on every level. But obvious to see why we have so many terrible coaches.
@themattrd Kilmarnock will be favourites v Aberdeen. Aberdeen are very slow in midfield so expect Kilmarnock to win that battle. Whoever is more positive will win the game.
@DensParkChoir He was put over to us for free when he was leaving Aberdeen. The reason I know is because it was me that watched him play in a game at Riverside and passed it onto our Scout. When I put him over again I think we were just behind the curve unfortunately.
@Superspurs131 @BeckydBecky He looked good against a passive Aston Villa midfield. In those types of games he is a fantastic player. Where teams high press and move a lot he struggles. It is much easier to also play with Bentancur who is unplayable at times.
@Don_K_Williams 🇺🇸 have a huge advantage over 3 million female players between 7-17 in Scotland it’s 29k. In England 854k. Kim Little, Caroline Weir and Erin Cuthbert are up there with the top female players in the world! 🇺🇸 have much better facilities. The reasons are easy to obtain.
@coach_kevin_m My opinion is that it’s simple to copy and paste coaching = tactical it’s all of a similar opinion.
Where as technical coaching requires ability and understanding of “why”. It the age old coaching is “subjective” well it’s not it’s “Objective” coaching standards have dropped
@coach_kevin_m Yes I agree 💯. Sat on plenty coach education courses and seen the standard of coaching first hand. For me you have poor coaches “teaching” then that’s what you are going to get.
Basic skill like shape for shooting/passing is missed. It will never change while it’s for profit.
@air_ingy 3/4 players short and made the wrong signings. Until women’s coaches start looking at building a team rather than players who have struggled at every team. Montrose have a better squad with a smaller budget. From the games I have see lack legs in midfield.
@KylewhiteNew This was a close fight by no means a robbery. I would have to go back and check how I scored the fight. I think I either had Jack by 1 round or Josh by 1 round. If it was not round scoring and just over 12 rounds straight Jack definitely won however boxing is scored in rounds.
Players, do you stay back and practice by yourself? ✅
Are you often the 1st one to training and help the coach set up for practice?✅
Are you the 1st one to celebrate with a teammate who scores? ✅
Do you pick up trash at your bench even if it’s not yours? ✅
Do you greet your coaches before practice and say good bye after practice? ✅
Are you there for your teammate when they are down? ✅
Character matters. You should be checking ✅ every box.

@nikkixrobertson The facts are simple economics. More people want to watch England play than Scotland! Not many people in England will watch a Scotland game however a lot of people in Scotland watch England! It’s same with the EPL in comparison to the SPL
@HitTheByline Without watching him. His statistics per game don’t match the Scouting report. Decent detail but no real actual detail! Why as a CM does he only have 68% pass success. 40% aerial duels. 2 key demographics for the SPL. For a starting CM I’d expect 80% pass success and 60% aerial
@Don_K_Williams You would think that NCAA, NAIA and NJCAA would have rules against doing that. The problem I see with this is if I am a coach and I know a player has committed and is speaking to other schools I wouldn’t speak to them. Even if it was Messi.
As coaches we develop the person also
