@AlistairCarns “We need a new way of governing and we need it now”. It says it all. Pretending that it is not is criminal. We need to start again & devise the system for the future, not the past. From first principles with no assumptions. What we don’t know needs to be evaluated & solved.

@ChrisMaslanka That goes without saying Chris. I’m reminded of Nelson’s “Truth & Reconciliation commission (TRC). Something similar. Only with complete honesty can we find a viable way forward. We need to wake up and act.

@BBCPolitics @ChrisMaslanka Plugging the dyke isn’t a very wise nor practical strategy. The old system is bust, completely bust. Rushing round plugging holes is absolutely pointless. Sit down with all of society and discuss restructuring the way we will all live together in that incredible future.
