The NFA is a tax law, and there is a 1937 Supreme Court decision that clearly states it is not a gun law, but a tax law.

The 1934 Congress that passed the NFA was also quite explicit it was a tax.

HPA & SHORT do NOT violate the Byrd Rule! Fire & override the parliamentarian!
