@VivekGRamaswamy We can build a mainframe team using db2 software to have inputs from all govt agencies into our database so we can see where to cut the excess.

We need a strong db2 dba and a strong mainframe systems analyst and several mainframe programmers.

I can relocate and work the necessary hours to help make this a viable team.
