@BofA_Help Does anybody answer the phone in your call center? I can't figure out how to lock my card from the mobile app and I haven't gotten an activity alert even though it is clearly. What is going?

@NJTRANSIT@allianceaction I would invite Kevin to get out of his office and actually ride the Raritan Valley train with real commuters who don't have to attend meetings during the day.
@GovMurphy Took almost 1 1/2 hours to send someone to fix the problem. Why are there no procedures in place to address these common problems in a timely manner?
@GovMurphy What is bring done about #NJTransit? Another night sitting on the tracks for over 45 minutes due to some sort of switch problems on Raritan Valley where it meets with Conrail. Nobody has any idea how to fix issue???
@AskCiti absolutely terrible customer service was hung up on multiple times while try to setup account after receiving new credit card after having unauthorized charges been a citicard customer for over 24 years ready to cut up card
