Build more jails, employ more police and get them out on the beat. Newyork sorted their issues out by having way more visible cops

I agree the one I saw getting abused sat on his motor bike get a tazer out and sap the guy. Anyone abusing police, fire or ambulance services should be severely punished.

They are under staffed and over worked that will bread frustration and maybe mistakes.
