This 92-year-old, petite, well-poised and proud lady, who is fully dressed each morning by eight o’clock, with her hair fashionably coiffed and makeup perfectly applied, even though she is legally blind, moved to a nursing home yesterday. Her husband of 70 years recently passed away, making the move necessary.

After many hours of waiting patiently in the lobby of the nursing home, she smiled sweetly when told her room was ready. As she maneuvered her walker to the elevator, I provided a visual description of her tiny room, including the eyelet sheets that had been hung on her window. “I love it,” she stated with the enthusiasm of an eight-year-old having just been presented with a new puppy.

“Mrs. Jones, you haven’t seen the room …. just wait.”

“That doesn’t have anything to do with it,” she replied. “Happiness is something you decide on ahead of time. Whether I like my room or not doesn’t depend on how the furniture is arranged, it’s how I arrange my mind. I already decided to love it. It’s a decision I make every morning when I wake up. I have a choice;

I can spend the day in bed recounting the difficulty I have with the parts of my body that no longer work, or get out of bed and be thankful for the ones that do. Each day is a gift, and as long as my eyes open I’ll focus on the new day and all the happy memories I’ve stored away, just for this time in my life.”

She went on to explain, “Old age is like a bank account, you withdraw from what you’ve put in. So, my advice to you would be to deposit a lot of happiness in the bank account of memories Thank you for your part in filling my Memory bank. I am still depositing.”

And with a smile, she said: “Remember the five simple rules to be happy:

1. Free your heart from hatred.
2. Free your mind from worries.
3. Live simply.
4. Give more.
5. Expect less, & enjoy every moment.

Freddie Mercury, renowned as the lead vocalist of the iconic rock band Queen, is widely regarded as one of the greatest musicians of all time. Queen's composition and production of the legendary song "Bohemian Rhapsody" further solidify their status as one of the best bands in history. Notably, Mercury was an influential figure in the LGBT community during his lifetime and continues to be an inspiration today. Sadly, he succumbed to bronchial pneumonia as a result of AIDS.

In this photograph, Mercury appears visibly frail, with his skin tone and facial complexion displaying paleness compared to previous images.

Brian May, the guitarist of Queen, once recounted a conversation he had with Mercury during a dinner where they discussed his battle with AIDS. May recollected Mercury's words, stating, "The problem was actually his foot, and tragically there was very little left of it. Once, he showed it to us at dinner. And he said, 'Oh Brian, I'm sorry I've upset you by showing you that!'" May responded empathetically, saying, "I'm not upset, Freddie, except to realize you have to put up with all this terrible pain."

Tragically, Mercury passed away mere months before significant medical advancements against AIDS became available on the market. May expressed his sorrow, saying, "He missed by just a few months. If it had been a bit later, he would still have been with us, I'm sure. You can't engage in 'what if,' can you? You can’t go there because therein lays madness"

BREAKING: Twitter owner Elon Musk is hit with more devastating news as Twitter’s Trust and Safety chief, who is in charge of moderation hateful content, resigns in disgust over Elon Musk’s latest shockingly transphobic move.

The whole thing started when Elon Musk invited his transphobic friend Matt Walsh to host his deeply offensive “What is a Woman” documentary, which is riddled with transphobic attacks and disinformation, on Twitter as part of a new deal that Twitter just signed with far-right “news” organization The Daily Wire.

The MAGA governor grew visibly furious, his calm politician's veneer slipping away like a serial killer's mask.

BREAKING: Florida Governor Ron DeSantis is humiliated as students from Florida’s prestigious New College defy him in the best way possible.

After DeSantis conducted a “takeover” of the left-leaning college through his fascist anti-LGBTQ+ policies, the students struck back by putting together an “alternate” gradation ceremony where they can celebrate the graduation of their LGBTQ+ classmates without being punished by DeSantis.

The college’s LGBTQ+ students say that they have been specifically targeted by DeSantis, which is why they made sure their graduation ceremony featured ample rainbow and pink-and-blue flags.

But it gets even better…

The alternate graduation ceremony, which was attended by the vast majority of the college’s students, is just one of many events that the students have organized to protest against DeSantis.

VICE News reports that, “Students at the school have also defied DeSantis by hosting inclusive chess tournaments, dances, garage sales, rallies, and, of course, protests. In February, about 300 students and parents, some dressed in Handmaid’s Tale outfits, protested a board meeting held by the new right-wing administration."

"The fact is that we are incredibly resilient students. We are queer students living in Florida," a student told Vice. “We have survived through this before and we're going to continue surviving through it.”

Here are the details:

The blockbuster revelation appeared in a discovery form, which describes the nature of the charges against a defendant and a broad overview of the evidence that prosecutors will present at Trump's preliminary hearing or at trial.

The section also indicates prosecutors intend to disclose recordings of calls between witnesses and others.

The person’s name is not revealed, but the fact that Trump’s conversations were recorded could spell disaster for him.

The stakes couldn’t be higher for THIS trial, as Trump is facing criminal charges and possible prison time.

In addition to the recording, the document also lists the dates of 34 instances between Feb. 14, 2017 and Dec. 5, 2017 when Trump allegedly falsified records.

The trial in this case is scheduled to begin March 25, 2024.

BREAKING: The Washington Post drops bombshell on Donald Trump, reveals that a new analysis of Trump’s statements just found that Trump has become “more extreme” and less tethered to reality” since his deadly January 6 insurrection.

The report accuses Trump of “not only never acknowledging his defeat in the 2020 presidential election, but over time his false claims of rampant fraud have become more elaborate.
