The “elite,” if you care to call them that, because there’s nothing elite about them except their pride and arrogance, have such contempt for ordinary people that it’s hard to wrap your mind around.

Like Waffle House? You’re trash.

Stop at Buc-ee’s for a brisket sandwich on a road trip? Unsophisticated.

Go fishing on the weekend? Flyover country.

Work with your hands? Beneath them.

They’ll lecture you about diversity all day long, but they can’t stand cultural diversity if it comes from working class Americans.

The greatest mistake the powerful have always made is believing they’re better than the people they depend on.

History is littered with men who mistook status for wisdom, wealth for virtue, and influence for superiority. Every one of them eventually learned the same lesson.

Pride blinds people. It convinces them they’re untouchable right before reality introduces itself.

The people they mock build the roads, grow the food, keep the lights on, raise the next generation, and hold communities together.

Never confuse simplicity with stupidity.

And never underestimate ordinary people. They’re usually the ones holding things together.

I am absolutely LOVING all of these videos of people from other countries here for the World Cup and touring around. A few things

1. It should make us take stock of how good we really have it. We live in one of the most beautiful countries in the world - from Florida beaches (gulf AND Atlantic) to canyons and mountains and plains, we have some of the most BEAUTIFUL land in the world.

2. Don’t get too used to our food. Those buns and deep fried onions will make you sick. Very, very very sick. They don’t have them in your country because of that. Yea - they force inoculate you with pharma poison, but the food is LIGHT YEARS MIRE HEALTHY. Enjoy it for a minute while you are here, but there’s a reason why America is one of the sickest nations in the world, and it’s because of what you just experienced and more.
