@MaytagCare We bought a 5.3 cu ft washer (MVW7232HW0) in April 2021. Horrible washer, horrible customer service. It’s been broken for 6 wks and Platinum Factory Service can’t/won’t service it because they don’t provide N95 masks to their technicians. 11 of 12 cycles don’t work.
