When I first learned what they intended to do to the prime farmland and grassland habitat in Fort Edward, NY, upstream from my farm on the Hudson River in 2025, I couldn’t believe it.

How could New York go against its own environmental laws? How could it site these solar complexes, for foreign corporations, on prime farmland?

And so my research began.

I had no idea what awaited me. With each passing week, I learned how deeply evil the entire ORES and “green energy” playbook is for Upstate NY.

The fight felt hopeless - but I’m a stubborn person. I didn’t quit.

By God’s grace, @johnrich and I connected here on X.

He flagged this to the federal government.

A lot has happened in a short amount of time.

There are so many hard-working Upstaters that I have joined with in the last year, who have had the courage and selflessness to call out our governor and raise money for lawsuits.

American farmland and wildlife is worth fighting for.

This letter that was just sent to @KathyHochul is only the beginning.

I refuse to watch them pillage and destroy my home.

The average American pays $13,000+ yearly in Federal Taxes.

It would take one year of 76,000 tax payers, just to fund $1 BILLION in fraud (population of Scranton PA).

If estimates of $9BIL are true, it would
take a year of 700,000 tax payers to fund it (bigger than Miami or San Francisco’s population for perspective).

In CA, some estimates are $250BIL — now we’re talking entire REGIONS of our country funding FRAUD in one damn state.

You can’t marginalize fraud, and say you care about affordability, when you’re fine with your constituents getting robbed.
