Turned out to be 蛋烘糕 (egg pancake thing?? I don't even know how to translate this 👀). The granny running the stall has been doing this for 40YEARS.That's older than me. 😂

Lately, me and my friend have been eating so much good food. I really love guokui and sweet-skin duck😀😀😀. And the spicy boiled pork slices? So hot that I was sweating like crazy🥲🥲.
