A new study warns 45 rural hospitals are at risk of closing in Oklahoma, a predicament only topped by Texas and Kansas. And of those 45 rural hospitals at risk, the report from the Center for Healthcare Quality and Payment Reform, warns 18 of the hospitals are at "immediate risk."

PLEASE read this article to understand how cruel and wasteful performative politicians can be. Oklahoma forced to re-check over 14,000 medicaid recipients elgibility, 10 were found to have a problem with their documentation. That is less than 7/10ths of a percent of those checked, less than 1/1000th of a percent of the over 1,000,000 in Oklahoma getting health care through Medicaid. Trump lies about illegal immigrants getting benefits, our local leaders know it is a lie and yet waste all this effort only to embarrassingly prove the lie.
