@frankkeane@PGE4Me Because of the extensive damage caused by the fire, we don’t yet know the root cause. We do know fire damaged a circuit breaker, which was a factor in the outage. We’ve engaged an expert third party (Exponent) to do a root cause evaluation.

Crews continue to make progress on complex repairs necessary to restore power to the remaining 3,800 customers affected by the substation outage.
