Sad! Says a lot about Hollywood

[Glenn Beck @glennbeck]

Hollywood looked at To Catch a Predator — grown men showing up to meet children for sex — and somehow decided the real problem was the guy exposing them.

A24’s Primetime, starring Robert Pattinson as Chris Hansen, takes one of the most recognizable predator investigations in television history and flips the moral framing on its head. Hansen becomes the sinister, fame-hungry figure, while the men caught showing up to meet children are increasingly viewed through the lens of humiliation, exploitation, and victimhood.

There are fair questions to ask about journalism, ratings, and whether televised sting operations sometimes crossed ethical lines. But this goes much further — turning those questions into a bizarre moral inversion where exposing evil is treated as more disturbing than the evil being exposed.

There were plenty of obvious villains in this story.

Hollywood somehow decided the predator catcher was one of them.

Gas over $4.00 a gallon sucks, but watching people pay $9.00 for a 12-ounce coffee with fake chocolate flavoring, a dash of foamed milk, and sprinkles—and then complain about gas prices—is deeply ironic.

Forget about any #B1G suspension for Desman Stephens. USC should not allow him to play for the Trojans again. He doesn't seem to care. Not showing any contrition for that is *completely* unacceptable. No place in the program for that.
