If they are defending SoFi Stadium, it’s believable. SoFi isn’t air conditioned other than the suites, and because it’s technically a stadium with a canopy and not a dome, relies on natural Pacific breezes. The glass canopy isn’t tinted so fans have reported getting sunburned.

The England team and fans are already struggling with the heat during the FIFA World Cup in Los Angeles… and it’s not even peak summer yet.

I’ve lived in Las Vegas for 23 years. The older homes were built with AC units on the roof as the hardware was closer to the furnace in the crawl space which share the same blower system. Homes built in the last 25 years or so have the AC units on the ground for easier servicing.

He noticed this unit on top of her house and wondered why it isn’t on the ground like most houses. He asked her and she said that was the way it was when they bought the house.

Why would this be on top of the roof? I’ve lived in 5 different states and never seen them on the roof.
