Mine seems to jump to 100% volume when it wants and is a struggle to bring it down again.

Insurance nightmare continued..

@AvivaUK are you able to listen, when I told a member of your staff to cancel and remove a claim, they left it and now I'm stuck with insurance issues.

This is causing more problems than it is worth, plus a ridiculous price hike.

Interested to know why the AA think a 500+% increase in premiums is a good way to keep customers and complaints down.

Wonder how important customer satisfaction is to large companies when parts on cars that are designed to reduce risk of collisions fail so easily, causing people to pay more to fix poor equipment.

Hearing about suicide prevention being a key point for universities reminds me that when I was that low at Uni, support at @dmuleicester and @demontfortsu helped and brought me back to the way forward.
