@ScottishFA Also DOESN'T excuse the lack of penalty for Hearts against Motherwell for the CLEAREST handball ever. The handball against Motherwell awarded to Celtic took less than 20secs to award a pen from a shitty angle NO obvious error at the time and his arm was PUSHED there.

It DOESN'T excuse the BLATANT bias towards Celtic. In that game Scales threw an elbow (unpunished), Johnston kicked the keeper in the head (unpunished, guy has history of it).
