Diamant Ship Wreck at the Dog Nest 0.4m Low Tide

Diamant was wrecked on the Dogs Nest rocks outside St Helier harbour Jersey on 20 September 1942 carrying essential commodities for the civilian population. The ship was being used by the Kriegsmarine at the time.

MP2 Tower at Corbiere.

MP2 is an artillery command and control tower with overlooks Corbiere lighthouse at the South West corner of the island. Build by the Germans in WWII, it now serves as historical holiday let, run by Jersey Heritage.

Beautiful views down Portelet Bay this morning.

Plus perfect conditions to take the drone out for a spin. I had the beach all to myself for around 20min. Just listening to the gentle sound of waves lapping at the shore.
