Police responded to a shooting at the shopping center in the 1500 block of E. Cold Spring Lane near Morgan State on Friday afternoon.

Three unknown suspects displayed and discharged a weapon, resulting in injuries, according to Morgan State Police. The suspects fled in an unknown direction.

BREAKING 🚨: A California federal judge has banned Border Patrol agents from arresting illegal immigrants unless they have a warrant or a reason to believe the person might flee before a warrant can be obtained.

U.S. District Judge Jennifer L. Thurston ruled on Tuesday that Customs and Border Protection (CBP) agents in the Eastern District of California cannot stop illegal immigrants without reasonable suspicion or deport them via "voluntary departure" unless the illegal alien is explained their rights and agrees to leave, according to the Associated Press.

“The evidence before the Court is that Border Patrol agents under DHS authority engaged in conduct that violated well-established constitutional rights,” said Thurston.

Thurston is requiring Border Patrol to submit a report on exactly who is detained or arrested without warrants, and why, every 60 days until the lawsuit brought by the ACLU is concluded.
