I've received excellent and compassionate care all my life, and I'm so grateful. We must not allow two-tier care, that will be the end.

Wondering why on earth billionaires need or even think about reduced taxes. First of all, they don't pay taxes to begin with - they declare little income, borrow against their stock holdings for their pin money and loans aren't taxable; second, doesn't a billion dollars mean there's nothing in the entire world you couldn't have in any quantity you wanted?
