It was an honor serving as the Master of Ceremonies at the Rutherford County Sheriff's Office September 11th Memorial this morning.
Never Forget.
God bless America
Said goodbye to my boy Reagan today. He was 11 and the best dog you could have wanted. He guarded my sons in the swing as newborns. I held him in my arms since he was 6 weeks old. I love you, pup. What a good boy ❤️🌈

"Good food, warm hearts, happy moments"

Ingredients:
450 g sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized cubes
300 g penne pasta
4 tbsp butter, divided
5 cloves garlic, finely minced
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
½ cup reserved pasta water
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp Italian seasoning
½ tsp smoked paprika
Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Pinch of red pepper flakes

Cook the pasta:
Boil penne in salted water until al dente. Reserve ½ cup pasta water, then drain.
Season the steak:
Toss steak cubes with salt, pepper, smoked paprika, and Italian seasoning.
Sear the steak:
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over high heat. Add steak in a single layer and sear for 2–3 minutes per side until deeply browned. Remove and set aside.
Make the garlic butter:
Lower the heat to medium. Add 3 tablespoons butter and the minced garlic. Cook for about 30–60 seconds until fragrant.
Bring it together:
Add the cooked penne and a splash of pasta water. Toss until glossy and coated. Stir in Parmesan and the remaining tablespoon of butter.
Add the steak:
Return the steak bites to the skillet and toss gently with the pasta and garlic butter. Add more pasta water if needed.
