My wife's Spanish passport expires in Nov . On the london consulate web site it looks like they are only renewing passport that expire before 1st July 21 , does anyone know if this is the case

@DavidRy44784912 I’m sorry to hear that - it sounds as though they are totally overwhelmed. And of course the less people hear back the more they email. The consulate could put simple updates on its website & on Twitter account

@branwenjeffreys I am a Spanish national living in the UK. I have been trying to get an appointment at the spanish consulate in London for weeks to renew my passport , they are not answering the phone ,responding to letters or emails . I am getting nowhere. Good luck to the students

Worth noting that the Spanish consulate in Manchester sounds less overwhelmed than that in London - but students have to apply according to the catchment area & Manchester has politely turned away those who are outside their area.
