Tomorrow, Fram is booked for X-rays and a CT scan. These are important pre-operative investigations that will help the vets understand whether his tumour can be removed and, if surgery is possible, how best to proceed.

Frank is a geriatric boy who came into the shelter already struggling. He appears to be blind, has a significant head tilt, circles and falls over, and has multiple masses on his head, neck and chest. Imaging also raised concern for possible pulmonary nodules.💔
His prognosis is guarded to poor.
On 9/6, the shelter veterinarian documented that Frank has “little to no quality of life” and should be removed from the shelter promptly or humanely euthanized after his stray hold ends.‼️💔💔💔
Frank is RESCUE ONLY.‼️‼️‼️‼️
We don’t know how much time he has. Maybe his time is measured in months. Maybe weeks. Maybe much less.But whatever time Frank has left, he deserves for it to be somewhere soft and quiet. A bed. A blanket. Gentle hands. A home where he can feel safe instead of spending his final chapter confused and alone in a kennel.💔💔
This isn’t about asking someone to fix everything wrong with Frank.‼️
It’s about asking someone to give an old dog dignity, comfort and love when he needs it most.💔💔💔
