@NJTRANSIT I’m on train 64 going to hoboken and there’s a conductor on the train I’m going to assume an Indian dude who is on his personal phone, not making announcements, and all around just being rude. It’s great to know my already late train comes with a jerk off in charge
@NJTRANSIT I was waiting Ramsey 17 station for train 64 to come and only two cars on a five car train opened and the train just left. I was left stranded here at Ramsey 17 and missed my express train for my chemotherapy appointment. What the fuck is your deal. FIX YOUR EMPLOYEES.
@NJTRANSIT Are you going to monitor your conductors? On train 64 there was a conductor on his phone and had the metal piece up between cars preventing entry into the bathroom which I WAS DENIED. He is a short brown man who smelled like alcohol. Look into it.
@NJTRANSIT@AmericanExpress When are you going to look into the train conductor on train 64 today? I’ve made numerous complaints about him being on his phone and leaving the metal strip up between the rest of the cars and the bathroom WHICH I WAS DENIED ENTRY TO!!!
3/3 the same problem happened yesterday Wednesday with the same conductor on the same train 64. Same short brown conductor, same phone problem, and same piece of metal across the car. Just all around disrespectful and rude. I asked to use the bathroom and he denied me access.
@NJTRANSIT I am on train 64 and one of your conductors is falling all over himself and is constantly on his phone and has a piece of metal going cross a car preventing access to the bathroom and only he seems to be allowed in there. He is a short brown man who 1/2.
2/2 reeks of alcohol or what I am going to assume is cheap cologne or aftershave. I am seated in the second car just behind the car with bathroom car 6709. Please take care of your mismanaged employees and fix this reoccurring issue. The same problem happened yesterday Wednesday.
