OPEC Pavilion at #cop28, only 8 present. Session focused on 'energy poverty', abatement tech., believing it can scale up to solve emissions problem. It was a good opportunity to tackle them on this: very minor impact of this tech, small part of solution. @TCDBusiness @tcddublin
