@BrianSozzi Wendy’s — at least the one near me — is sloooow. When going to that particular restaurant, the quip was that the store was giving fast food a bad name. When you want food fast, you don’t go to Wendy’s. The company needs to figure out how to cook their never frozen meat faster.

In normal circumstances, the cop pulls over the driver, asks for license, calls in to verify, writes a ticket, hands said ticket to driver and says “have a nice day.” Everyone moves on.

@SarahWorkx Check with the local zoning office. There’s usually a setback law that might prohibit the neighbor from encroaching on your property. If in violation of the law, the neighbor might have to remove the deck.
