@virginmedia Finally back on just before compensation has to be paid funny that. So we just have to accept no service with no consequences for yourselves.
@virginmedia I’ve been sent a new router and it won’t let me connect any devices to it it’s a hub 5. I followed the instructions on the box to the letter. I’ve tried ringing the support number on the box which is completely automated and useless. Any advise ?
@virginmedia hi I’m unable to record anything open apps like I player and itv x and pause live tv I’ve checked the equipment using the app and it says everything is ok I have a 360 box. What else can I do myself ?
