Of course some people will improve faster than others, but until you've truly tried and truly failed, all you're doing is making excuses for yourself.
There is no shame in trying your best and failing, but it's utterly embarrassing and complete loser mentality to give up & make excuses before even trying.
This applies to all walks of life, and even moreso when you're deluding yourself into a self-validation that excuses AI, which steals from people who dedicated unbelievable amounts of time and genuine efforts for their craft.
It ultimately shows you have zero respect for artists, but even sadder, zero respect for yourself.
