@fonehouse, I think it is dispicable to run a credit check that is passed, then decline an order with no explanation because 'it fails your security!' I am a Director of Finance in the NHS so hardly a security issue!

I now have a credit check on my record for no reason!

I instantly got through to someone at M&M, who offered an apology and solution. Impossible to speak to someone at Evri, they make it deliberately difficult.

I wont buy through your stores whilst Evri is your courier - which is a real shame.
